The experience doesn’t end there as there is an abundance of dining and shopping to enjoy as well. Also within 5 minutes is one of the Country’s largest indoor outlet malls, Potomac Mills Mall. The Woodbridge area is under a revival for an improved quality of life for all Woodbridge residents. Some of these attractions are close and include a State Park; Leesylvania State Park, a new Triple A Baseball stadium, better transportation, including Ferry transportation, as well as 50 miles of Pedestrian & Bicycle loop sidewalks and a Boardwalk across the marsh.

But what makes the Villages of Rippon Landing Association one of the most sought after places to live is the rare benefit that the site sits on history. The legendary King’s Highway ran right through the property and has a historical marker onsite. The land itself was once owned by Richard and Thomas Blackburn and the historical site of Rippon Lodge itself one of the oldest known homes in Prince William County. There is a path directly from the Village of Rippon Landing property to the historical Rippon Lodge. The Blackburn family were major exporters of goods and merchandise from their location between the Neabsco Creek, the Potomac River and the historic King’s Highway.

These are just a few reasons for you to have the privilege of calling The Villages of Rippon Landing Association your home. It is a warm and beautiful place to live with history.
